My desired setup:
Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 black cabinet
Asus Maximus V Formula motherboard
Corsair CX750M psu
Intel Core i7-3770K CPU
Samsung SSD 840 EVO 120GB ssd
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Samsung DVD Writer, SH-224DB DVD
Microsoft Windows 8.1 OS
MSI GeForce GTX 760 Gaming 2GB "Twin Frozr" GPU
Corsair H100i Hydro Series CPU cooler
Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600MHz 8GB

Will these components work together? I am completely open to criticism since it is my first build.

My friend had a unopened box with a 3770k so i got it very cheap, so i had to go for a last gen motherboard too. Otherwise i would have bought the VI and 4770k .

The parts are all compatible, nice parts btw. Only thing i would change, as the previous member said, get another Corsair unit (avoid CX, they are budget units), XFX, Antec or SeaSonic. If you have some worries about the case, it is all good, every part will fit and it is also good case for liquid cooling.
