Drop the bluray and it is $425

The intel onboard graphics are fine for TV . Power consumption is very low .
The case has plenty of room for expansion and with a little work undervolting the fans its exceptionally quiet , but can take a full height expansion card . MB has DVI and HDMI . Power supply is exceptionally quiet and efficient . The hard drive is a hybrid with a buit in SSD that speeds loading and boot times

Solution

Streaming movies or HD playback in general can eat up a lot of RAM, but then again, you probably would be full screen-ing that and doing nothing else in the background.

It's recommended, not necessary.
