Might look at the EVGA nex 750g, not quite the high quality of seasonic or some of the higher end PSU's, but has a 10 year warranty, and comes with red sleeved cables :)

Before I solution this thread, any idea of where I can pick up inexpensive individually sleeved cables? Similar to corsair but without the 100$ price tag almost? (Honestly if you factor that in I'm better off getting a high end seasonic)

Hi again - I don't know where to get sleeved cables at a reasonable price. They are at a premium as they
must match the original brands port specs.

Given your situation, I'd go with the high end Seasonic you allude to, such as the 760xp2 platinum or
X-750 gold. I have the X-650 which I'm more than happy with. My next PSU (next build) will also be a
Seasonic gold or platinum.
