I have
Sony VAIO VPCEB1E0E 15.5 inch Laptop (Intel Core i3-330M 2.13GHz, 3Gb, 320Gb, DVDRW, Webcam, Win 7 Home Premium 64bit (White)
So I want to install win 7 ultimate in it..
I made bootable pd for formatting..
In disk partition option my 14gb was reserved for OEM system recovery I deleted that partition and the partition in which win 7 basic was installed I deleted that too and made a new partiton for installation....
It took nearly 2 to 3 hrs for installation then also the OS is not installed..
Again it goes to the starting of installtion process...
I never formated a Sony Viao laptop before...
So is there any special things needed for formatting...

I formatted one VIAO few days back, got the same options during partition but I didn't deleted any. It installed Windows-7 without any issue. Try to recover it by pressing F10/F11.
