Graphics card and cpu combination help?

I plan to be building my first gaming pc soon and I'm on a bit of a budget. I would like to know which combination of cpu & gpu are better for gaming and why.

Radeon R7 260x + Intel Core i5-3350P

GTX 750Ti + Intel Core i3-4130

Like I said I'm on a bit of a budget and from my limited understanding these both seemed like reasonable combinations price wise. So what combination or possible combination would give me the best bang for my buck? Is there a better choice in hardware that isn't a large increase in price?

Also, keep in mind you are comparing a 3rd gen i5 with a 4th gen i3. The i3 is going to run faster, cooler, and more efficiently because it's based on a newer architecture and design than the i5.

I would go with this: GTX 750Ti + Intel Core i3-4130 and consider upgrading the CPU later if that proves to be an issue.
Also, keep in mind that certain games like BF4 take advantage of multi-core CPU architecture. In the next few years, it will be assumed by developers that most gamers will be running quad core processors or better.

Thank you for the help so far everyone! I really wasn't expecting so many replies so quickly. So if I were to come across a game that requires a quad core processor or better would I still be able to run it using the i3? If I'm not able to run it with the i3 are there any quad core processors that would be better priced than the i5 with performance that is equivalent or better? Since you recommend upgrading later will the socket type limit me in the future?

I think I'm going to be giving myself a budget of 500$ for the processor, graphics, and motherboard. I would like to also fit ram into that but from the looks of it that might not happen, which is fine.
