I have downloaded a TOOL from internet wich told me it was because of this ntoskrnl.exe

But i got BSOD while playing a game...like mw3 today i got bsod while watching a movie
mw9c7ox5h

i just don't understand...

I:
1cleaned the dust from heatsings and others components
2reasamble cables in the same wasy and correct
3no electric fluctuation
4hdd 0 errors memory diagnostic tool 0 errors too
reinstalled drivers from registry and app data and other stuff not worked...

it may be because of old graphic card with a new OS like win 7 32 bit?!
i have an ati x1300/x1550 256 mb hypermemory 128 bit 12.8 gb/bandwith

ntoskrnle.exe is most likely not the problem. When looking at a crash dump you should look at or post all of the information provided and if you're BSOD is happening pretty often you want to review all the dumps provided and look for a pattern. Be aware though that if you don't have all the Windows updates and updated drivers for your system looking at the dump is pointless.

get a copy of bleuscreen viewer. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html the download link is near the bottom of the page.
problem is if your cards that old then the rest of the system is likely just as ancient. which means it wont be win 7 hardware compatible...
to run win 7 you motherboard needs to be hpet compliant if you have no options for hpet(high precision events timer) window swill randomly bsod.
what can you do? not a lot for win 7 but win 8.1 would likely be a better option. as it doesnt use a real time clock on the motherboard to sync the rest of the hardware.

My system

Motherboard: ASUS P5LD2-X 1066 FSB
RAM 1 GB sycron + 2 GB kingmax (new) 667mHz DDR2
HDD Samsung 250 HD 250gb
DVD RW Asus
PSU 380 W Allied or 420 i didn't understand that sticker applied on it
Processor Intel Core 2 Duo E6600

Do you think is Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit compatible? because this is what i run at this moment

Screenshot from that TOOL
most of dump showed me different types of this error + one of them have tcpip.sys or something like that

go into bios and see if you have hpet. if you do enable it... the 775 board you have should support it as my old athlonx2 did and they were made about the same time.
i thought because you have the old x1300/1550 gpu it would have been a pentium 4 system with doesnt support hpet.
lookint at your bugchecks your getting error 124 i got this error while overclocking the cpu and failing to put enough volts on it. if your cpu is oc then you may need to do the same.
alos error 124 is associated with new hardware not being powered properly. have you added anything recently?

Do you think my second hand cpu was overclocked and seller lied me about this :D? ii saw BBCODE 124 ?

or my PSU is not powerfull enough?but why it didnt' die if is not enough powerfull :D you put me lot of questions with this...

i never overclocker

i don't know how to find that' hpet and what is this :D?

if your psu is around 300-350w it should be fine for that build.
yes its possible the previous owner oc'd the cpu and bumped up the volts then left it. this can cause voltage leaking but its unlikely as you would have had problems straight away not a year on.
hpet is in bios normally under advanced chipset features or the ahci menu (if you bios has them).

it can also be cause by other hardware being badly connected. so check your sata plugs, power leads and any other cables you have in there.
