Very quiet PSU around 600w

I'm looking for a new power supply for my GTX 770/i5 3470 build. My current one is an XFX Pro650w XXX which I am RMAing due to excessive noise levels so I don't want another one from XFX (or with an Adda fan). I like the look of the RM550 but its quite expensive and I have a budget of £75. So what other recommendations would anyone have?

The RM550 is a pretty decent PSU. The Zero RPM mode is nice. It doesn't turn on the fan unless it absolutely needs to so my case stays really quiet at idle/lower power situations. Sometimes weirds me out when I look into the case because the fan isn't turning but my computer is on :O
