Hello! :)

This morning i decided to overclock slightly. I overclocked my Core i5 2500k to 4.3GHz without changing any voltages. It worked and i played some games untill i checked how hot i got. It got over 80 degrees so i decided to clock it down again.

All i did was to go into BIOS and i loaded default settings. I restarted my computer and when windows got loading i keept getting a blue screen that only lasts for about a second.

Here is a video to show how it looks: http://

I went into BIOS again and checked boot options etc. I changed SATA Mode from IDE to AHCI but it still doesn't work! :(

Repeatedly press F8 before Windows starts booting to start in Safe Mode. Once Safe Mode starts, select "Disable Automatic Restart After System Failure". Then reboot. This will keep the blue screen on when it happens so that you can get the error code.

Let it run chkdsk.
