wifi connected to laptop not connected to mobile wifi

I have BSNL wirelss modem.
security is WPA/WPA2 .
I connect to only one laptop and not to mobiles.
strange is it was connected to 5 mobiles,2 laptop at a time.without any change in the configuration .

once modem was switched off and switched on the problem started any one has any clue

Change the wireless passphrase or key in the router's configuration utility, as it sounds like your current one has been cracked by a neighbour or someone close to your property.

Or it could be, if you have recently reset your modem, it may have defaulted to an unsecure network (no password protection), letting anybody in who is near enough. So check that.
