Blinking underscore, System Recovery(F11) not working

Hello all,

first of all I had a problem with "BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" then I made it even worse so now I have a blinking underscore and can't access to System Recovery(F11) and cmd. I can access cmd with my USB key with Win 7 on it.

When I had a problem with "BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" I watched a wrong video and didn't really know what I was doing so I deleted all 4 partitions, I assume partition table and created a new one with same sizes, then I stopped, clicked on a X and Yes at some popup window which I didn't read. Since then I'm looking at the black screen with blinking underscore.

Later on I found a site with description on how to fix "BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" problem with cmd commands but it was already too late...the damage has been done.

So now I wonder, is there any way to get my 'probably lost data' back? May I add that I didn't install Win 7 from USB key, I used it to access 'Repair your computer' and then Startup Repair and Command Prompt. At the diagnostic and repair details there's Root cause found: "The partition table does not have a valid System Partition."

bootrec /rebuildbcd returns 0 available operating system installed.

I really hope there's a way to help me with this. Thank you all in advance.
