Problem With Computer

Hello

I have this problem with my computer. When i restart my compute my frames go crazy. in a game that usally runs at 150, it starts running at 10-60 (going up and down ALL THE TIME). So i play a game runs fine for 2 sec, stops for 0.5 sec ALL THE TIME. The only thing that has worked is reinstalling the drivers. But the problem happens again if i restart my computer.

- This do not happend in one game (it happens in all of my games).
- Can't be old drivers. reinstalled windows. had the same problem.

i dont know download speedfan while ingame Alt+tab and see the temps you get

HWMonitor will tell you both CPU and GPU temps and remember Min and Max.

MSI Afterburner can display temps and GPU stats on screen while playing.

Yes, but only 50 MHz up on both memory and gpu processor (1000 MHz is stock on processor, 1250 MHz on memory)

wait before i let you download it are you sure in task manager there arent any programs running with high cpu usage or high ram usage if theres is end them.

ModernWarfare, cpu usage is at 30-40 % with cs go, and is quite stable. Is this normal?

So, what do you recomend? im quite sure its not a system problem. so it must be a hardware problem... bought cpu, ram and motherboard used, can that be the problem? thinking about upgrading to a i5 4760k (because im playing alot of arma/dayz that is REALLY cpu intense)

if those were used that can be a problem he probably sold it because he was experiencing this problem. and yes the 4670k is a good choice for arma 3 im not an amd expert but getting a 4670k is better.
