Can't get on my computer - the user profile service failed the login, user profile cannot be loaded.

In the short term if you have a second computer. Yank the drive and set it up on the other pc as a secondary drive then goto d
or whatever drive letter you set it as)\users\yourusername and get your assignment off onto another device and other stuff that is important. Then the easiest thing would be to reinstall windows. From what you described your user profile has tanked and if you don't have another administrator account on the PC you're probably screwed. Because to fix the issue on the local pc you will need admin rights to create another user account. This is why you alway have two administrator accounts on windows PC's. If you have another admin account on the PC you can just copy your stuff to another account. Sorry I don't have anything better for you to try.
