Thanks for the reply but can u suggest a build with i5 4670 k .. I can increase the budget by 5k if that will help the gaming performance as according to alot of people and forte is multitasking while Intel s is gaming performance ??

As long as you get the same GPU, there wont be much difference in gaming(3-4 FPS difference atmost, just a prediction based on my lnowledge). i5 4670k is costly in India (Rs.16500) and even the cheapest z87 mobo is like Rs 11000. So better stick with the AMD with that budget, because the intel build will pump up your budget to 70-75k.
I would advise you a cooler like the CM hyper 212 evo to add in the AMD build though.

What about I swap the GPU with say a gtx 760 or maybe a gtx 770 would you recommend that .. I can leave the ssd for later if that helps to be more future proof . I know ssd is the way to go and I will add ssd in a month or two .

Yes it will work. The intel i5-4670k has IGP, so you can get video output from the VGA of motherboard. MSI Z87 G43 is a great motherboard.

i5-4670k has integrated graphics (Intel HD Graphics 4600). Your mobo has VGA port. Voila!! Connect your monitor via the VGA.

Go with the GTX 770 because the only game that the R9 280 x beats it is BF4 and did you mean "VS instead of V6 650 watt? Because that is not a good psu for overclocking and of course you will be with that rig right? Go for at least a GS series or above it will do you wonders when OCing also try and get a modular one. AAANNDDD WHERE DID YOU EVER FIND THE GTX 770 FOR ONLY 24k INR!!!! PLEASE GIVE ME THE SITE ALSO IF IT IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING THEN IT WILL NOT BE THAT MUCH. A friend of mine recently bought a GTX 770 from gigabyte 2GB via amazon international shipping and in the end it costed him 30k.

Also this is a great mobo: ASUS Z87-K INTEL DDR3

Wow, that's a good price, that's cheaper than it is here sometimes. As I said before, though, the 770 will perform almost exactly the same as the 280x, so if you can find that for cheaper, definitely go for that. You will not see any difference.

CORSAIR CARBIDE 200r Rs 4600

http://www.snapdeal.com/product/corsair-carbide-200r-compact-atx/609159

OR: COOLER MASTER HAF 912w side window

http://www.snapdeal.com/product/cooler-master-haf-912-combat/541751

Both of these cabinets are for good price in the market and very spacious with good airflow.

Do not go for the VS series of corsair since you are going to be overclocking go for a minimum of GS series or a modular TX series if you have the money to spare. One more thing I advise you to stay away from Zotac for a high-quality build try to go for anything else with minimum 3 year warranty, but if you don't have a choice then go for it the quality of the components they use is just not top notch.
