Modern games won't play very well on the HD4000 graphics on an i3. You can probably play FIFA 14, but not at good resolution or quality settings.

The CPU meets the recommended specs, but the video is a few steps bellow that. The system meets the minimum spec though.

The 'out of the box' PC you bought is designed to meet the 90% common people's need for 'turn it on and I can immediately Facebook/Twitter/etc.' without the need to worry about what 'video card' I have. Thus the HD4000 is to meet that need and doesn't need much in 'dedicated' video memory (dedicated a portion of your first stick of RAM to the video -0 1792MB with 32Mb actually built into the 'GPU' portion of the chip).

Just go buy a newer PSU (you will need more power then the 'generic one' included in your system) and a GPU of your choice (make sure it matches the PSU watts output) and you can game much better.
