  1. You cant overclock an I5 4440. The overclocking feature is locked. This feature is available only on K series processors such as I7 2600k I7 2700k I7 3770k I7 4770k I5 2500k I5 2550k I5 3670k I5 4670k. In addition to the K series CPU, you also need a Z chipset motherboard for all 3000 or 4000 series CPUs or a Z or a P chipset for 2000 series CPUs.
  2. I like the closed loop systems like a Corsair H80i...

might be out of your budget but you could go with the smaller tubed H80 for cheaper.
  3. Cpu Cooler To Run It On TURBO Mode ?

    You can't BLCK overclock those?

I know you can't multiplier overclock them but I thought you could base clock over clock them....

    P.S. I have never OC a 4th Gen so I don't know just asking.

Your maximum turbo is 3.3 GHz. Even the stock cooler is enough for 3.1 (stock, 3.3 turbo GHz) providing you have a descent case. Else you can go with if your case fits it:

Also OC via BCLK is not recommended since it may easily affect the stability of the system. Not only the CPU is connected to that BCLK, but the rest of the system as well.
  6. So My Stock Cooler Will Be Enough To Run Turbo Mode And Keep My System Stable ? ( I Have A Cooler Master K380 Case )
  7. Yes, it will be enough.
