4 pin fan connector in to 2 pin fan controller

I've got a Cooler Master silencio 650 pure case, which comes with a fan controller. As you can see in this picture, the plug to the fan controller is 2 pin. The problem I have is that my fan connector is a larger 4 pin, the entirety of the 4 pin is just as big as the 2 pin, which means it doesn't fit. Not sure I've made myself clear here.... Um, let me draw something beautiful in MS Pain to help illustrate my problem.

Top one is the 2 pin that goes in to the fan controller, middle is my old 3 pin that worked fine, you can see it fits in the drawing, the bottom one is the new 4 pin one that doesn't fit.

How do I solve this? Can I get some kind of adapter or should I go rambo and cut off the edges of the 2 pin one?

Hello... the four pin/wire fans allow Tach feedback and variable speed... and would be nice to have it plugged into your SYS MB connector for variable temperature control from your MB Bios... it is easy to remove wires/pins from any connector and re-insert them into another connector... I would suggest going to your local computer re-cycler store for a 2-wire fan and connect it to your Case Controler and keeping the 4 wire fan for something else.

I'm not sure I entirely understood you post. My motherboard one have one 3 pin and one 4 pin, and I have four fans. I want them connected to the case fan controller, like before with my old fans. You said it's easy to do, if I understood you correctly?

Hello... the best solution would be to get a new/used 2-wire fan... that 4-wire fan is a special fan with variable speed control and speed feedback... Don't use it for 2 wire control.
Also, in the future, don't let a connector size and type, stop you from removing the wires from one connector and putting them into another connector... they are very easy to remove out the back with a simple push on the retaining tab on the metal pin/socket.

I'm sorry what? It's really difficult to understand what you're trying to say when you type like that.

You're still not making sense. Stop ending every sentence with '...', it makes it difficult to understand. I can't even begin to reply to what you're saying when I don't understand what you're saying.
