Is 6pin to 8pin power connector going to work?

I have a xion 100 watt PSU. I bought it because I plan to SLi two 780 classfied in the future. However, I realized it dont have enough 8pin power connector. If I use two of this http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-Express-Power-Adapter-PCIEX68ADAP/dp/B001TK3TJY,
is the cards going to be properly powered? Thank all in advance !

What LP4? it's not safe to use 6pin to 8pin adapter because 6pin can provide only 75watts while 8pin provides 150watts
