What PC/Motherboard do you have? Does the Bios see the DVD Rom Drive?
  2. Can you get to BIOS and see if system recognize hdd/dvd? Also, change the boot order to CD/DVD first while you're in there.

  4. Mother board hasw been replaced so not sure of it. Can't get into the bios at all. It is stuck on that repair window. That's why I wanted to wipe it out and add operating system but DVD can't read.

  6. Can't enter bios or anything, Total crash at this repair window. When I reboot to add operating system the DVD won't read so I am at same screen.
  7. Can't get into the bios. Mother board was replaced and not sure of what type
  8. Can you open up the computer case side-panel and look on the mainboard to see if you can read any Names/Brand/Code/Number printed on the board?
But usually to get to BIOS on desktop mainboard, keep pressing these keys at initial boot up Delete, F1, F2, F10, F11.
