Which PSU is better?

Solution
Rosewill Hive series are made by High Power (a.k.a. Sirtec, Sirfa) using lower quality components. It has a 3 year warranty whereas the XFX TS Series has a 5 year warranty due to the use of higher quality components.

The fluid dynamic bearing fan in the XFX TS 550W should also last longer than the cheap sleeve bearing fan in the Rosewill Hive 550W.

The XFX is a better option. While they're both rebranded PSUs, XFX is probably a SeaSonic where as the Rosewill is... whoever had the cheapest parts at the time of production. Doesn't really make them bad, XFX is probably a safer choice is all.

Hi - The 650w version of the Hive had a good review from Hardware Secrets, but they noted that the
capacitors were not "Japanese" as stated on the pkg. That means lower quality caps.

Given this, I'd go with the XFX in this instance. You might want to save some $$ and get the semi mod version.
