AMD Catalyst drivers revert back to...nothing?

Hi,
So I have this problem with AMD Catalyst drivers that I've had for a looong while now.
Everytime I boot up my computer I need to install the drivers. I think that after every PC restart the drivers go back to default or something.
After I install the drivers, everything is fine but it's annoying as heck as I need to wait until they install before I can start using my PC properly.
And yes, I did get the newest version of the AMD Cataylst drivers from the AMD website so that's not the issue.

After I install the drivers a ''restart your pc to apply the settings'' box comes up, but when I restart the PC the drivers go back to default and I need to install the drivers again.


PC Specs:
Processor- AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 p40 Processor 3.00 GHz
RAM: 8GB
System Type- 64-bit Operating System- Windows 7
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6670

when you load the new one it open a panel and ask what to do is install or uninstall use this to remove the old driver then restart the system after install the new on also disable momentary you virus software to permit the new driver install .

I'll try this now and see if it works.

Update: It didn't work.

What do you mean? Like see if it works properly on another computer? I can't really do that since I only have one desktop.
And I tried detecting it but windows says that the latest drivers are installed (After I install these). I really have no idea what the problem with this card and the drivers is.
