Do a clean uninstall of bth nvidia and amd drivers. Completely get rid of everything, then try reinstalling nvidia's drivers.

Or you could reformat.

But in what universe did it make sense to install AMD drivers for an nvidia card?

Hello... Well it's pretty straight forward/easy install software I have used for many years... maybe you need to pull your card out and verify exactly what you have... get the Names and #'s off of it... the F.C.C. # is also a good search item if you do not have any clear model/brand stickers/paint on it... also give us a picture.
2) Software will not load if your hardware is not properly installed in your BIO's and Motherboard.
3) You can Load a windows Re-Store point from when your Computer was working good.
