Would a push pull setup on my H60 increase airflow in my Elite 130?

I have a Corsair H60 cooling my CPU. Temps are not an issue. The issue is that I have the fan exhausting air from the case and the Elite 130 only has space for one fan. (there is an 80mm at the back but it doesn't seem to change alot where temps are concerned)
My concern is that trying to get good airflow is a nightmare. So would the second 120mm fan on the inside of the case on the radiator help increase airflow or not?

It should help a little bit, you probably won't notice much of a difference while at idle/low usage but at high usage you may drop a couple degrees. You might also want to think about push/pull with some high airflow fans. New fans can really adjust the temperatures on the radiator. I know the noctua fans always gets really good marks.

Thanks i already have the one noctua fan on the H60, but i need to extract as much air as i can. I have manage to get my MSI Gaming 4G R9 290 running safely at 1000mhz with a -20 power setting (Good chip i think) but i would like to drop temps just a tad more, so im wondering if putting a second fan could help
