I have already searched the net for the answers.
And no answers were given :(
Mostly people ask if SSD will reduce loading times, or stutter, etc. But my question is of quite a different nature:

Does upgrading to an SSD reduce online lag, or latency or ping or however the hell its called?

I know that SSD has faster access times than a HDD.
So its faster on sending/receiving the information, right?

The "ping" is the time it takes from the time you request a DNS lookup until you contact the actual IP address. Example, you request www.tomshardware.com - your DNS server has an entry for this website, and provides you with the IP address for the website so you can load it.

Different DNS servers will perform differently, from my experience, your default server, especially if it is a "cable company", will be extremely slow (high ping times). Your best bet - try Google DNS....
