MM sounds like your PROFILE is corrupt, it has nothing to do with your PASSWORD. Reboot the computer, then tap away after the BIOS screen on F8 to get the menu to load to SAFE MODE. Then run the RESTORE POINT to before the issue happened. If you can not get into SAFE MODE either, then you will most likely need to reload Windows as something (probably Malware or a Virus) corrupted it and needs to be WIPED (yes you lose all your date) to get a working computer again UNLESS you take it to be 'serviced' where they can remove the drive, backup the data (pics, docs, NOT programs) on a sanitized PC then do the restore.
