Hi. Looking for the Upgrade to the GTX 560 which allows me to play Planetside 2 at 1360x768 at max settings. (I may upgrade my monitor and go for full 1080). I would truly like to play Planetside 2 so it plays perfectly, currently on low settings it plays almost ok. I don't want to OC at this time.
Here is my build:

CPU: FX-6350
Ram: 8 gigs DDR3 @669mhz. 9-9-9-24
GPU: GTX 560TI 1gig.
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P

Thanks in advance

Something like a GTX770 should get you pretty close to where you want to be. I run a GTX680 and it runs mostly maxed at 1080 res. A 770 is essentially a 680 anyway a slightly higher GPU clock and Memory speed.

You will want to check your power supply specs first.

So the upgrade from a 560ti is a $330 card? Nothing cheaper than this can run Planetside 2 at full everything? I have another rig with an I5-2500K and a HD 7970 Ghz and I run everything on max at 50-60fps.

A GTX760 maybe. That would run you about $250ish. I'm sure it would run it fine at relatively high settings.

I bought a GTX760 on Newegg for $219 with a free game! I'll see how it helps Planetside 2 when it arrives.

Nice, what model did you get?

The 760 is a great card for the money. You will be very happy with it especially coming from a 560TI.

Nice. It's the vanilla model, but you can still OC a bit if you want. My buddy has the Zotac retail model and loves it.
