thx a lot guys can't rly decide between intel or amd since im a noob.

not sure whats better. I would use the pc for gaming and watching movies and general stuff.

I would go intel then as you don't need more than 4 cores and also because between these 2 cores, only the AMD can OC, but the intel is faster stock. You don't want to mess with overclocking so the intel will give you a better experience.

Go for Intel if you want no overclocking, go for AMD if you're going to overclock.
