Is this a good pre built gaming pc?????

Hello I want to build my own pc but my dad will not let me :(


With that said I want a good pre built pc. One that I get my most bang for my buck. The sole purpose of this pc will be for gaming and uploading youtube videos.

I will be honest I know nothing about computers so I just derped around till I came across this. If its not good, I would really appreciate some advice on a route I could take! My budget is 650$.


UPDATE - This computer is only going to be for gaming and render videos!

That is a very low range gamer.. everything is good until you get to the graphics card. The 250 is a very low range GPU and you want to aim for something like a 260x or a...
