I'm looking for a pc to beat android phones in raw power, while still staying under 15w. Could I make it happen, cause we all know we can't play tibia flash on android or even far cry one. Please don't tell me to get a windows 8 paper weight. What ever happend to the vista tablets? Should I get a Sony vaio?

A low wattage laptop would do it. Keep in mind that processing power does not matter much as a computer and an Android tablet would be running different programs which would have different needs.

For example the PC version of MS Office would be pretty slow on a tablet. But it would run as well on a slower PC as a tablet version would on a tablet.

This article has some comparisons of lower end CPUs and power use...

15w of power is not really a "PC" , are you talking about an x86 compatible system? 15w total power or just for the CPU? There are some CPUs that go in under 15W but for a full system you are going to be into specialized systems not really what anyone would consider a "PC".

I would think any of those CPUs would have more raw power than a tablet processor, but once again, they are geared to run different things.

really i realize that but it seems silly cause 4k is a beast on my pc and android can run that plus 1080 isn't so forgiving. also internet is smooth desktop version. giving all i am comparing the processor should in theory be bottle necked on android cause it's the same 4k that's bottle necked on my pc. all i can say is android is dang optimized...
