TV Doesn't Recognize Computer via HDMI

So my toshiba tv doesn't recognize my computer when it is hooked up via HDMI cord. I know it is not my HDMI cord or my ports (on tv and computer). My Roku and my roomates' computers both are being recognized by the tv. And my computer recognizes the tv because it is listed in Devices/drivers. Also my other tv recognizes my computer when using the same HDMI cord.

I'm completely lost! I have tried everything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

uhm? have you tried pressing windows button + p to setup the projector settings?
