First time builder and I attached everything to the motherboard (cpu, ram, etc) and pressed the power button and the fans turn on as long as I hold it down. The fan speed varies and goes in waves. Help! The parts:
Case: CoolerMaster RC-130kkn1
MotherBoard: MSI FM2-A75IA-E53
CPU: AMD A4 5300
PSU: RaidMAX ATX12V Power
RAM: PNY 4gb ddr3
Hard drive: WD 1tb SATA 7200 RPM

Solution
it seems you connect the power connector correctly because it power up, just to make sure that you check your board manual for some useful information in installation. Because some board use up multiple power support.

Possible error 1: it shut off when the board detected error, check your processor if you install it correctly and put the thermal paste or pad in the processors head (top of the processor, make sure that no leak or not exceeds in the square mark.

Hope to reply whats the result...
