if you plan on using 3 monitors or 1440p+ resolution or using a high amount of game mods go with the 4gb model
i would go with one of these

if you are just gaming at 1080p single/dual (1game, 1other tasks) then i would go with a 2gb

in honesty most of the non reference coolers will all perform the same. the only difference is the factory clocks and the cooler that comes with them
there are some that guarantee better chips and memory but that only comes into play if you are overclocking it
