Need help finalizing first build, AMD, GPU, Cooler

Budget Range: $750-850 USD

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Lightish gaming (simcity, tf2, etc), browsing internet + youtube, schoolwork

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: Buying all new (first build)

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

newer but cheaper Radeon 260X
popular cooler 212 evo (you can strip it down from the list)
