So I installed the Nzxt kraken g10 on my zotac 760 amp edition every thing has been fine for few weeks temps idle around 30c max load no higher than. 55c or so every thing seemed to be fine I left for work the other day turned pc off came home to pc being powerd on no signal on monitor turned it back off on nothing changed cpu psu ram still same problem so I think I isolated to the video card took a good look at it seems the bracket put a small bow around the GPU no cracks on the die it's self or any signs of the vrm or vram burning up that I can see going to try to do an RMA but I'm wondering if you guys have any idea if some thing els could have went rong since I don't have second video card to test or on board video

Solution
just to rule out any issues use the usb flashback/rog port put the newest bios file on a usb stick and with standby power flash the bios to the newest bios file to make sure it not a bios error.

Hate haveing to do this with my phone lol but Ya I tryed a back up psu that I have got same problem all so tryed back up cpu I have and ram just weird every thing worked great and died with out warning

without onboard video or another gpu you have to rma one part (video card) see if that the part that failed. is there any fault led on the mb. a lot of them asus and other have fault led on them now. one thing also to do to see if the mb stuck in reset mode is clear the cmos.

Ya I checked the motherboard LCD I have Asus cross hair formula z mobo it's showing AA from what I understand is every things ok and has been handed to the OS after changing cpu I get 66 for cpu initialization but that's probly becouse it's stuck waiting for me to change the bios and I reset cmos all ready both ways with button on the back and old way by takeing out the battery I just did graphics driver update and that was first reset but I don't think it would do this if it was bad driver

Wow you are awesome man that seems to have fixed it after bios update like you said I got a signal I'm useing the stock cooler just have to put g10 bracket on and my 8350 cpu back in but now I'm wondering how I can keep this from happening again since I'm not sure what I did to mess up the bios in the first place

Ya since the bios flash back got every thing running again I'm sure it wasn't the g10 at the time it just seemed to make sense since it was new not sure if you can see the small bow In this pic I put it on as loose as I could this time but it is still holding sturdy since the screws are so short

Well bios flashback did the trick everything is running fine thanks a lot guys if it wasn't for your help and this site I probly would have been pulling my hair out for weeks I guess flip side is that new 760 I picked up will do for nice sli when it gets here I'm going to call Asus in morning see if they can't tell me why the bios might have needed a flash back in first place thanks again :)
