It's time for an upgrade. Your assistance is appreciated. Budget - no more than $1,000, but LESS is BEST. ;-)

I would like to play DVDs/Blu-rays
Stream Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Comcast/network websites
Play movies/TV shows ripped/downloaded to HDD.
Stream movies/TV shows from HDD to Roku's in other rooms.

I run Plex, AnyDVD, Handbrake, SABnzbd.
Computer will be attached to TV in living room.
I will not need a TV Tuner or HDD (already have one)
I do need Blu-ray player, HDMI, and SSD drive for OS.

Anyone have a suggested build?

Thank you!!

How about the GA-F2A88XN-WIFI? I'm attempting to purchase all through Amazon.

Here's the build minus power supply and optical drive.

I currently have an Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0 GHz, Gigabyte EP45-UD3P, 4 GB Ram, ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series GPU, LG Blu-ray player, and Enermax 525 watt Modu82+.

Are any of these items salvageable for the HTPC build? After this build my son and I are building a gaming rig. So, it would be nice if some of these parts could be used in one build or the other.
