Hi there, i've got low fps while playing assassins creed black flag and crysis 3 (it get slow while looking at a wide variety of objects and animations), my computer is well over the required specs but i still dont get the performance I want. My computer specs are as follow:

amd fx 8320 eight core processor 3.50ghz
12 gbs RAM memory
ati radeon r7 200
2 tb hard drive disk
windows 8.1 (not geniune but activate version)

I've tried disabling the cpu override option on the catalyst but still dont get the expected performance on high graphic settings. I really dont know whats going on. Help Please !!!

Solution
I would turn down to medium, and turn off AA and see if that helps.
When looking at cards, the memory is not all that matters. A 350 dollar 770 has 2GB of memory, but is a much faster, and stronger card. (For example)
What is the resolution, settings and FPS you are getting.

Just because you pass recommended settings dosent mean you get good FPS. Recommended typically means running on medium at 30.
The R7 gpus arent really meant for gaming, so thats the issue at hand.
