Intro
I posted before, and received brilliant advice which has already gone into a build my fiancee has bought and now has up and running.
Meanwhile I am stuck in the UK, waiting for my visa so I've been wandering the forum, going back and forth on choices and have come back with a build I would like to check with the brilliant people here to get some feedback and maybe get some questions answered.

The build
Pretty much an all inclusive build, I'll be using it to host a Minecraft world with some friends, and also I have been wanting to play the newer Total War game for sooooooo loooooong and I believe Rome 2 is one of the games Build reviewers tend to use as a benchmark for performance..

My attempt at a spoiler using the bb codes for this forum:

Questions and curiosities.
1. I've been jumping back and forth for the last week trying to decide between the H100i CPU cooler, or using a fan/heatsink deal. Now what has me faltering from jumping straight for the H100i is the Noctua and the great reviews they get. I just can't get over how ugly they look, shallow as I am.

I went and looked for an alternative I thought looked great, and came back with a Zalman. I love the copper look, I'd like feedback on this choice as to whether you guys think it would do, or if it is worth going for the H100i and if there is a risk of leakage with a liquid cooler.

2. I'm curious about the Windows 8 compatibility with Touch screen, I'd like to explore the possibility of setting up the touch screen monitor I chose as a second monitor that my 3 year old stepson can run up and use when he decides he wants to play on MY system HAHA. I was thinking having easy access for him to pick his favourite show or maybe even a small/low performance child's game. Definitely appreciating feedback on this idea and it's feasibility.

3. I love the look of the Fractal design case, I'm getting the 2x140mm led Corsairs to replace the stock fans. I don't think my build will take up a whole lot of room (plenty left for upgrading over the years to come), so I'd like confirmation to rest my worries that cooling/air flow wouldn't be a problem for this set up.

All comments/criticism welcome (even on my post structure :p) I am fully aware of my nasty habit of creating essays, so I will apologise and thank you all greatly for your time.
I've been having a great time learning on these forums and it truly is a great learning atmosphere.
My thanks.

Solution
it is a revision of your build, with better price/performance parts selection
if you want zalman cooler, only one is good, which is 9900. most ppl go for 212 evo though
better ram for OC, you can always change it to 1600 cl9
cheaper ssd
GTX 770
better psu 80+ platinum on sale
cheaper case
better led monitor, 1ms gaming from Asus

Oh wow, thank you for the feedback.
I was wondering with the Ram you chose lists in the notes:
G.Skill Ripjaws Z Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

I've seen this before but didn't get an answer as to what it meant. Will it affect that ram THAT much seeing as it's a DDR3-2400? I don't see a 1.5V equivalent, but I could get this 1.5V 2x8GB Z series. I realise there are no games currently to utilize it, just wondering if it was a valid solution to what the PCPartPicker notes are telling me about the voltage.

I'll probably go for the 16GB, if for any other reason than to make upgrading ram over the next few years (for whatever crazy reason) easier. And thank you for the answer regarding voltage/overclocking. It's all information I need to look more into anyway since I will be exploring the overclocking the system will offer (excited about that), but for another night. I can only absorb so much at a time lol.

True, also 16GB would lead to better performance for heavy multitasking!
