So I have ethernet plugged in (yes the network is up) it shows that i have connection but when I go to the internet, it says this page cannot be displayed. So I went to cmd and did ipconfig and all my information came up.. any help? (Windows XP Dell Optiplex 760) Yes the drivers are updated.
