Hello All,
This is my first build, and I would like to (before purchasing components) make sure that all of my parts are in working order and compatible. First, I will give you guys a list of my components.
Mobo: MSI Z87-GD65
SSD: Crucial m500 120GB
HDD: Toshiba 2TB Internal
Video Card: MSI GTX 770 2GB/oc
Optical Drive: ASUS DVD Writer
CPU Cooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo
PSU: Corsair Builder 600W
I intend to add several fans that glow blue (Such as the one in the build), how many can I support?

I have seen in some places that the GTX770 requires some extra pins, but there are discrepancies among which pins from the PSU it requires. What is the actual requirement? Also,

My question is: What cables will I need to connect to all of my devices? Will I need to buy any extra? Is my PSU compatible with all of these components? What pins and how many of them would connect to where when I begin to build this?

Thank you all for your time.

The parts look fine.
You can add as many fans as you want. They draw very little power from the PSU. But if you ever want to add a 2nd gfx card, you will need a bigger PSU.
Your MB will come with enough SATA cables for 4 drives. So you are fine there. However, you don't mention the processor you will be using, so I can't say whether or not the MB is compatible.

The gfx card you are using will require 2 x 8 pin connection from the PSU. Your PSU has just that. So you will be fine. As mentioned above, the CX series a third tier PSU: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
But it is still adequate for your system
