G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Toshiba Product Series DT01ACA 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Asus GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB
Antec GX700 ATX Mid Tower
Antec 620W ATX12V / EPS12V
Is my current build.

I would like to add:
Water Cooling
A SSD
GTX Card
Any suggestions on what I should get? Maximum Total of $500

In case you cant tell this is a gaming build

I'd get a gtx 770 for like 350ish
Samsung 840 evo 120gb for 80-90 ish
and I'm not sure if you really want a water cooler, they offer some performance increase but a hyper 212 evo will get most of the performance of it for much less. That's just my opinion

NO. THIS WOULD NEVER WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY ARE YOU BEGGING FOR ULTRA STUFF WHEN YOU ONLY HAVE $500!!!

The i5 alone ALREADY took 40% of the budget. With the RAM and the motherboard, that ends up as $419.

This is the closest build to $500. I used some of your wanted parts. I had to use Athlon cause it's the cheapest APU option.

Okay, so I would do nVidia GeForce GTX 750Ti or a AMD Radeon R9-280X. And a Samsung SSD 840 EVO.

With 500 bucks he has to go bigger than a 750 ti, at least a 760, or better yet a 770 and a 120gb ssd and instead of water cooling just get a hyper 212 evo, gets most of the performance of a water cooler and will e much better than the stock cooler. Put that extra money towards a 770.
