Help ASAP mother board a55bm-e

I bought a new mother board And new apu/CPU an a6300 so I plug it in and I it does not start windows I previously had a ecs mobo and intel celoron g540 so what do I do

You will likely need to install Windows from scratch. You didn't make it clear but I'm guessing you had a computer and just replaced the mother board/CPU and are trying to boot using the same hard drive and same Windows installation; changing the motherboard and CPU is usually too much of a change to allow Windows to boot since it doesn't have the proper drivers loaded, these are loaded upon installation based on the hardware configuration.
