PC Specs:
FX 6300
Asus M5A97 R2.0
Gigabyte GTX 660
G Skills Ripjaws x 8gb, 1600, 8-8-8-24 Cas
Corsair 500w PSU
1TB WD HDD
120Gb Samsung 840 Evo SSD

Everything was fine, until I downloaded the latest GTX 660 drivers. After the installation was finished it told me that the "Install failed" for The GeForce Experience and Microsoft Framework 4.0 or 4.5 cant remember. But everything else including drivers installed. After that a couple minutes later, my screen would freeze and I would have to restart my PC. This is like the 20th time i've had to restart my computer due to freezes, should I uninstall the drivers?

I believe all my components are working properly, but I'm not sure what is going on.
Also, in my Bios settings and CPU-Z it shows that my Ram is at 11 cas latency. But the real factory setting should be 8-8-8-24.

I don't know at all how to fix it, I went into my UEFI bios, tweak tab, DRAM Clock and changed the first Cas from its auto 11 to 8. But in CPU-Z the others than the one I changed to 8 are 11 and some other numbers.

Please help, I'm so worried right now.

Solution
since it is a new build it has the options of rma and warranties so dont be sad. do you have a weaker/older graphics card you can try in the system. im thinking it maybe the psu now. you cant run a 6300 without a dedicated gpu so either try to run the system with a weaker/older card or try to see if you can use a different psu in your system, like a 550-600w

I'm off to school, but now I'm not sure if it was the drivers or not. Even though the problem started occurring once I downloaded Geforce ' 335.23 drivers. Once I uninstalled the drivers, I still crashed I think twice, before I downloaded and updated my bios. I don't know if that was the solution. I was able to update Windows Updates without crashing after that and was able to browse the Internet and download some apps which I wasn't able to prior to the Bios update.

I'll try to re-download the graphics drivers when I get home today. But I'm scared it might cause crashes again.

im not sure for the 660 but for the 770 they updated with a performance cain in 1440p+ gaming, however it started causing issues with 1080p setups. i think this past driver release fixed that issue but they may not have got to update the 6oo series drivers yet. try about 5 back and work your way up when it becomes unstable then rollback 1 driver and should run fine
