If i shutdown my Pc manual ( by press on power button )
it's can make a physical bad sector
My Hard disk is new and i have not setup any OS yet
i worry because when i connect it
some problem has happened ( the reason is BiOS Battery )

so i was shutdown the computer more times
to fix the battery
so if the hard disk have not OS , shutdown operating can make bad sector

Don't stress it dude. When you install the new OS assuming it is windows during the installation just format the drive and it will clean everything up. No worries.

but i want to ask you another Question please
i give my friend my hard disk to take some files and games from him
but I assure you
i have not setup OS yet
so my Question is about the Needle of hard disk
if i don't setup windows ,this Needle it's not work to read or write things on hard's sectors
so .shutdown pc suddenly can't make any bad sector because the needle have not work yet
that's right ?

So if you take games from your buddy on this disk when you install windows and format it is going to kill all those games and files so back them up to another location before your install the OS on that disk. Then you should be good.
