Where can I find the best price for Windows 7 Ultimate

I'm looking for a brand new genuine full retail version of Windows 7 Ultimate for collection. So far I'm having tons of bad luck. Lots of the prices are like $380 & up I don't remember it being like that when I saw it in best buy a few years ago. I really want Windows 7 Ultimate so please help me find a good price. :)

It's not out of production just yet, I imagine it wont be cheap for awhile. XP is over 10 years old and Vista was replaced by Win 7 years ago.

You will probably need to wait another few years for the price to drop significantly. Windows 9 is targeting XP users to migrate. Unless it runs DX12, I don't imagine Windows 7 users will change OS's anytime soon.

They increased the Vista price when 7 came out because they wanted everyone to move off it quickly. New computers came with free Windows 7 upgrade codes for awhile.
I don't think that applied to XP/Vista switch over, or 98SE to ME.

Ah that explains it but everyone hates vista I guess since the demand seems pretty low. Since I'm able to get a brand new copy of the retail Vista Ultimate for 180 bucks. But I already own Vista so... yeah.
