Static Components:
MSI Gaming GTX 660
12GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1333
Seagate 500GB HDD
Rosewill Hive-750
Cooler Master 120mm fan 4 pack

Xeon:
AsRock Z87 Extreme 3 (For 1150 CPUs, only Z-chipsets have SLI)
Cooler Master HAF 912
Cooler Master Evo 212

4670k:
AsRock Z87 Extreme 3
ThermalTake a31
Cooler Master Seidon 120v

8320:
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
ThermalTake a31
Cooler Master Seidon 120v

If I go with the 4670k or 8320, I will OC to at least 4GHz with a Seidon 120v water-cooling kit.

I plan to stream in 720p @ 60fps with a bitrate of 2500 (not that bitrate matters.)

I want to be able to maintain at least 60 FPS in all of the games I play (Titanfall, Smite, Loadout, AC4, and many others) while I stream without having to drop below medium settings.

I've looked at all kinds of benchmarks and videos and its still hard to tell exactly what would be the best overall.

With the 8320, I have 8 physical cores and fast renders. The cores are the weakest of the 3 CPUs while consuming the most power. However, I can set affinity for multithreaded applications which may give the FX chip the edge as far as streaming goes.

With the 4670k, I only have 4 physical cores. They're the strongest of the 3 CPUs, but CPU usage will be increased since I cant set affinity in games that use 4 cores while I stream.

With the 1230v3, I have the lowest power consumption, a fantastic passmark, and hyper-threading. While those things are great, I lose the ability to overclock.

All 3 builds are within $20 of one-another and will have a second 660 added to them before the year ends.

I just need some more opinions before I pull the trigger.

I've chose the XFX over the CX is not because of its wattage or efficiency rating, I've chose it because of the PSU's overall quality. You can see a lot of good reviews on retailers for the CX, but the truth is, for people who are plan to game a lot, SLI, overclock, and having the PC being highly utilized there is a quality difference. According to http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx (something that most people refers to in the tech community) Corsair CX is only tier 3, whereas XFX Core Edition is tier 2. A average quality PSU can cause a lot of issues when doing multi GPU or overclock.
This PSU is your best bet right now, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371059 Keep in mind that it won't be able...

I ended up going with:
i7 Xeon 1230 v3 CPU
MSI GTX 660 GPU
Cooler Master Haf 912 Case
AsRock z87 Extreme3 Board
12GB G. Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1333 (spare ram)
Mushkin Chronos 240gb SSD
WD Blue Caviar 500gb HDD (spare drive)
4 120mm Cooler Master fans
Corsari CX600 PSU

Total came out to be $829.92 with free shipping on all parts except for .99 on the Mushkin @ Newegg. Im gonna run it through PCPartPicker and see what they come up with there.

The only downsides to this is that I went $34 over budget and will have to sell my current PC for a bit cheaper since it more than likely wont have an HDD when I sell it. Also, I wont have the water-cooling kit, but I think I'll be fine for a month or two until I have the money to get it.

I wont be putting all 4 fans in the case. I found a 4 pack on Newegg that was the same price as getting 2 individual fans of the same make and model.

I'll probably pick up the EVO, but I've heard great things about the Chronos.

As far as the power supply goes, I plan to run OC'd SLI 660s in the next month or two.
The CX600 is stronger everywhere but in the 80+ certifications. Dropping 50w for my efficiency does seem like it would be fine since my CPU wont be OC'd, though.

Chronos might not be bad, but Samsung and Intel are the only two SSD manufacturers in the world that makes everything from scratch to the end product, and the quality of those products are proven by Apple, aka rarely run into issue and superb performance.

Im gonna get the Antec. Undecided on the SSD, but you made a great case for Samsung and Intel. Thanks for the recommendations.
