I can give you an estimate on what's the average idle with your CPU and CPU cooler info.
I would go with 30 C since 2 > 1.
There's also temp monitoring within BIOS, you can go in there and see.

I would trust the BIOS temp.
Check the temp with all 3 programs again and take the average temp after leaving the PC idle (don't touch it) for 10 minutes. Then go into BIOS and let it sit for 10 minutes and check if those temps are similar.
