Hi everyone, I've just completed a pc build, everything worked fine in the beginning, however, I suddenly came across an issue with my Corsair H100i cooler, the connected fans aren't working and the LED Corsair Logo dims to a teal color for the first 2 seconds when booting and then just turns-off (the LED). The pump seems to be working fine since my temps are reasonable considering the circumnstances (low 30's celsius in idle) and I can hear the faint whine it gives away.

The fans (installed in pull configuration above the cooler) are motionless and do not spin. Note that I'm using 2x Cooler Master Jetflo 120's with red LEDs instead of the stock fans. The two fans used to work just fine when I first powered the rig. It was later after a couple of hours of use that I've noticed that one of them was not spinning at all and reading some comments online; many simply advised to remove the power connector from the first socket on the H100i pump and into the next of which true enough it worked and both fans were spinning again. However, an hour or so later and both just became motionless but the LEDs on them are still on.

Please keep in mind that I can't update the firmware since the unit itself is not showing up on the Corsair Link Software.

When opening Corsair Link; neither cooler nor fans are detected. I've tried many things including:

Hardware Side:
Switched the 3 pin mount to different sockets across the MB, changed the USB link cable to different ports on the MB, disconnected and reconnected the fans from the Y-cable, switched the cooler-side head of the Y cable to between the two ports on the pump, switched the usb cable between different usb ports on the MB, checked and double checked the sata power connection.

Software Side:
Uninstalled Corsair Link, Installed the beta version, did the registry edit trick that's been proposed by many.

Aaaaaand... nothing, I'm desperate, any feedback would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

Below are my specs FYI:

OS: Win 8.1 Pro
CPU: i7 4770K (Not OC'ed yet)
RAM: 16GB G-Skill Snipers (8GB x2)
MB: ASUS Sabertooth Z87
GPU: GTX 780 Ti Dual Classified
Storae: 250GB Samsung Evo SSD (Boot) / 500GB Samsung Evo SSD
PSU: Seasonic 1000W Platinum Rated Modular power supply (Planning for an SLI setup later :) )

@Executeorder66 lol, I wish I could do that, the thing is that it's not as simple for me to return it; I've ordered the h100i from the states and for me to return it; it would mean that I'll have to spit up a handsome sum of money to send it back. Also, my 1.5 year old daughter had her way with the box... and almost crippled my GPU in the process, lol. a useful tip is to never build a rig when there's a child around :)

By the way, since we clearly share more or less the same setup, can you share how you installed the cooler fans? Like which 4 pins did you use to hook the 3 pin temp control of the H100i, which usb port did you hook the usb link controller and which socket are you using to hook the Y link extension on the block? Thanks :)
