Battery for a desktop computer?

Here in Egypt lately we lack natural gas to run power stations, which cause a lot of power cut offs usually an hour daily and it's gonna be worse in the summer so i was looking for something that would give me time to shut down my computer instead of instantly cutting it off. It would be even better if there is something that would run it for a couple of hours.

you can try a battery surge protector like on this link. There are several models of this, with varying capacity. Hope this works for you.

I've been reading all day about this, however i am unable to translate those number to actual time(for example the battery for x can run for y amount of time) and besides i cant find any CyberPower products here in Egypt i am only finding APC, something like this looks good http://www.nefsak.com/Back-UPS-Rs-500-230V-Without-Auto-Shutdown-Software-BR500CI-RS-APC.html i think.
