Cooling for FX 8320

Guys could you suggest the cheapest cooling that would be OK for AMD FX 8320 Processor, need a reply a bit fast :/

Cooler Master TX3/TX3 EVO - Cheapest option

or Cooler Master Hyper 212 - Cheapest option for Overclocking

I wont be overclocking but rendering 3Ds, so CPU would run at 100%, you sure that TX3 would handle it?

the tx3 and especially the 212 have proved themselfs with the fx-chips
it would handle it fine

I run a tx3 evo on my fx-8320 with no issues. Around 50 degree temps underload
