firstly, should i have more intake or exhaust fans? and secondly, what direction should the air come in and go out?
the places for fans on my case are 2 top, 1 front, 1 bottom, 1 back, and 4 side.
(also, the two top spots will be where my radiator for liquid cooling will go, just in case you need to know)

Solution
Well the ideal configuration would be to have more number of intake fans than the exhaust.. this will create a positive air pressure within the case and thus will prevent greater dust accumulation.
Having more exhaust fans would create a neg pressure and this will suck dust in.

Again as the cold air is heavy its better to have configure the lower fans as the intake and as the heated air is lighter its better to have the upper fans as exhaust so that the heat dissipation would be maximum.

Long story short:
Configure your front, bottom and side fans as intake and your back and top radiator fans as exhaust.
