About a week ago my brother's cat spilled a cup of water through my computer's top fan and ruined it... It's in the shop right now and all I know is that the power supply is ruined, so they had to order a new one before testing the rest.
So I'd like to prepare a list of replacement parts to get ready for the worst and unfortunately most likely scenario. Here's what I'm probably going to have to replace:
MB
GPU
CPU
RAM
PSU

What I had was an old i7 in an old MB, an hd radeon 6970 gpu, 8gb corsair vengeance ram, and the psu is already being replaced so I don't need to fret over that detail...

What I need/info about how I use my pc/wishes:
-I'd like to spend the least amount possible (<800)
-I definitely want to replace the cpu with a 4th Gen i7
-I'm fine with playing my games on medium or high instead of maxed out, I mostly play CSGO, LoL, and watch netflix and edit video/photo
-I don't need to know what RAM to buy, already have some picked out if I need to buy it

So I need a cpu (4th gen i7), compatible mb with 4-5 sata cables, and a gpu that can handle mid-high gaming and editing.
You guys have always been a great help... Please don't let me down in my time of need!
